I’ve always been obsessed with clothes and while other children ask to go to the park or the science museum on holiday, I wanted to wander through Selfridges department store in London, soaking up the stunning window displays and imagining all the outfits I’d wear one day.

 

Over time, I learned that when I wear something I feel great in, everything shifts. My mood lifts, my confidence grows, and this feeling allows me to be authentically Josephine (snort laugh and all). That feeling, and the power clothes have to influence how we feel and show up each day, is what led me to styling.

I’m work with people in their 30s and 40s because. Not only is this me, and I totally get it, but this stage feels like a second coming of age. By this point, you've figured out the hard way that you should separate your whites from your darks, but life has expanded and you're adulting at top speed. Life is fuller, you're more visible, and moments at work and at social occasions often have higher stakes. You might be speaking at a conference for the first time or you might be going on a trip with your new in-laws. I’ve seen how easy it is for wardrobes to lag behind a life that's stepped up, and how much headspace worrying about what to wear takes up. This is where I'm incredibly passionate, and want to help you.​​

I hold a styling qualification and a bachelor’s degree from the London College of Fashion, along with years of hands-on experience working with both women and men in their 30's and 40's. My approach is straightforward and collaborative, and I’ll never steer you toward trends or styles that don’t feel right for you. Instead, we’ll work together to create outfits (or a whole wardrobe) that reflect your personality, suit your lifestyle, and make you feel incredible.​

When I’m not in my happy place, wandering around stores or online ‘window shopping’, you’ll find me cooking curries for friends, dancing at a concert, or trying out a new wine bar. I have a diverse background, having grown up in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Taiwan and later living in London, Berlin, and now New York.
